Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs what you may and may not do with the AIReel service provided by SALK AI PRIVATE LIMITED. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the Terms.

1. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for everything you generate, schedule and publish through the Service.
  • You must review AI outputs before they are published and ensure they comply with applicable law and with the rules of the social platforms you connect (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and similar).
  • You must have the rights to all material you upload, including voice samples, brand assets, music, footage and reference images.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to generate, store or publish:

  • Child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualises minors;
  • Non-consensual sexual content, intimate imagery of identifiable persons without their explicit consent, or content that sexualises real persons without consent;
  • Content that incites or glorifies terrorism, violent extremism or mass violence;
  • Content that promotes self-harm, suicide or eating disorders;
  • Hate speech or content that dehumanises or threatens individuals or groups on the basis of religion, caste, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or similar attributes;
  • Targeted harassment, doxing, stalking, bullying or threats;
  • Defamatory, libellous or knowingly false statements about identifiable individuals or entities;
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights, including the unauthorised use of copyrighted clips, music, voice samples, trademarks or likenesses;
  • Personal data of others (such as identification numbers, addresses, phone numbers or financial details) without lawful basis and consent.

3. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service to:

  • Create deepfakes or AI-generated impersonations of real persons in a manner that is deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, sexual, or used to influence elections or public decision-making;
  • Falsely attribute statements to public figures, brands, or institutions in a way that a reasonable viewer would understand as authentic;
  • Run scams, "get-rich-quick" schemes, pump-and-dump campaigns, fake giveaways, phishing, or other deceptive practices;
  • Mislead viewers about the nature of content where law or platform policy requires AI-generated content to be labelled (you must use available labels and disclosures);
  • Generate or distribute spam, including coordinated inauthentic behaviour, mass-identical posts, or content designed primarily to manipulate platform algorithms;
  • Provide medical, legal, financial or other professional advice in a manner that purports to be a licensed professional opinion;
  • Provide instructions to create weapons, malware, illegal drugs, or to compromise critical infrastructure;
  • Circumvent rate limits, abuse free credits, share accounts, or attempt to access another user's data;
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product or to extract model weights, prompts or system instructions;
  • Violate the terms of any third-party service we integrate with, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Anthropic, Razorpay, Clerk or Zernio.

4. Children

The Service is not for use by anyone under 18. You must not generate content that depicts identifiable minors in a sexualised, harmful or manipulative way, and you must comply with all platform rules regarding content involving minors.

5. Disclosures and labelling

Where applicable law or the rules of the platform on which you publish require disclosure that content is AI-generated, you must include such disclosure. We may add labels or watermarks to outputs where required.

6. Reporting abuse

If you become aware of content or activity on AIReel that violates this AUP, please report it to abuse@aireel.co. Include links, timestamps and any evidence that may help us investigate.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in any combination of: removal of content; revocation of generations or scheduled posts; suspension or termination of your account without refund; disclosure to law enforcement or affected platforms; and pursuit of legal remedies. We may act with or without prior notice depending on severity.

8. Updates

We may update this AUP as the Service and the broader AI content landscape evolve. The current version will always be available at this URL.
