Service Delivery Policy
AIReel is a digital, cloud-hosted software service provided by SALK AI PRIVATE LIMITED. There is no physical product and therefore no physical shipping. This policy explains how access to the Service is delivered to you.
1. Activation
- Access to the Service is activated immediately and automatically upon successful payment confirmation from our payment processor (Razorpay for India, and the applicable international processor).
- Activation typically occurs within a few seconds; in rare cases it may take up to fifteen (15) minutes due to payment-gateway settlement.
- You will receive a confirmation email at the address registered on your account, and your subscription state will be updated in your dashboard.
2. How the Service is delivered
- You access the Service by signing in at aireel.co.
- Generated reels, voice-overs and assets are produced on our cloud infrastructure and made available in your dashboard.
- When you connect a social account, scheduled posts are delivered to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and similar platforms through our publishing partner Zernio.
3. Delivery timelines for generated content
- Most reels generate within a few minutes; complex requests or high load may extend this to a few hours.
- Scheduled or daily auto-posting is delivered at the times you configure, subject to availability of the target social platform and the freshness of your platform tokens.
4. Failures and remedies
If, due to a verified technical issue on our side, the Service fails to activate after payment or generated content cannot be delivered to your dashboard within twenty-four (24) hours, please contact support@aireel.co. We will either restore the Service or, where applicable, process a refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. No physical shipping
We do not ship any physical goods. No shipping charges apply.
